Company & Personal Values

Aspire 2 and Kate strive to maintain:

  • Honesty and Integrity at all times
  • Continued development - in self and offerings to clients
  • Strong client relationships

Aspire 2 also aims to operate in a way as kind to the environment as possible.  You will see Kate around Cambridge on her bicycle going to meetings; paper (and as many other things as possible!) is recycled, and a low-carbon footprint is our aim.

Aspire 2 has completed its 10th year in business!

Established in 2000 by Kate Atkin, Aspire 2 focuses on confidence, clarity and communication.

As an international speaker, trainer and consultant known for her energy, drive, passion and vision Kate Atkin consistently inspires her audiences.

You will love the way she relates her  experiences from business and life, drawing out the practical relationships to the business world today.

From a farming upbringing in rural Lincolnshire, Kate moved into the international business arena.  Using her down to earth attitude in dealing with life's challenges she encourages you to do the same.

Her book, The Confident Manager, is getting great reviews from clients and from readers on Amazon.  Kate is now speaking on the topics raised in the book and offers short one to three hour sessions on effective management skills.

Kate is a member of the Professional Speaking Association, a senator & internationally accredited trainer for Junior Chamber International UK, a member of  Toastmasters International and an accredited EFT Practitioner.  She is also trained to use Myers Briggs (MBTI©) and Transactional Analysis.
